Understanding the figures
On-Road: sealed / paved roads.
Off-Road: unsealed / dirt roads.
Cargo Capacity: the maximum weight you can safely add to the roof rack system.
System Weight: the total weight of the Rhino-Rack kit (excludes accessories & cargo).
Static load: what a stationary vehicle can hold (e.g. for a rooftop tent). Usually higher than the on-road rating and listed in your vehicle's logbook.
These figures are an aid for estimating system weight and cargo capacity only not a substitute for the instructions and specifications for your vehicle. Always follow the lowest rating across the vehicle, mounting system and roof rack, and never exceed your vehicle's GVM and axle limits. Contact your authorised Rhino-Rack dealer with any questions.
