Consumer Return Policy for Purchases made on Rhinorack.com

At Rhino-Rack, we aim for total satisfaction on every order! But we get it: sometimes things don’t go as planned. No worries, our return policy was designed to make things easy.

Here’s the lowdown:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt when ordered from Rhinorack.com, maxtraxus.com or tredoutdoors.com
    • The item should be new, unused and with all hardware and instructions
    • Reach out to customerservice@rhinorack.com to obtain a RA number and a return shipping label.
    • Unfortunately, we are not able to accept these items for return:

• Clearance Items

• Roof Top Tents

• Awnings

• Cargo Boxes

Your feedback is essential to our improvement. So, if you’re returning a product, we want to know why! Let us know what went wrong during your ordering process, and why you’re returning the item, and receive a discount code for your next purchase. A small thank you for helping us get better!

Refund Details

Returned items are sent directly to our team for review. If they meet the the above criteria, we will immediately process your full refund. If the items is damaged and/or missing components, there’s still hope. We’ll evaluate the return and let you know the appropriate refund for its condition.

There is a restocking fee of $5 for items under $50 and $10 for items over $50 that will be applied to your refund.

Need to change or cancel an order?

We understand that things change, you might want to cancel or make an adjustment to your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to change the contents of an order once it has been placed. We do require written notification if you would like to cancel an order. Please reach out to Customerservice@rhinorack.com to see if we can cancel the order for you.
