Zwifloc

Drop in anywhere.

Most crossbar channels make you thread every accessory in from the end. Want to add a bike carrier between two roof boxes? Loosen everything, slide it all along, start again. It is the small tax you pay every time your setup changes.

Zwifloc removes it. The patented channel nut drops straight into the Sportz Bar channel wherever you need it and sits flush under the lip. Tighten the bolt and a high-tensile nut rotates inside its housing to lock in beneath the channel edge. No end-loading, no aperture to line up.

So your layout is yours to change. Add a carrier for the weekend, take it off Monday, move it 300mm to clear a load — without disturbing a single thing already mounted.

The Sportz Bar ships with Twin Strip VGS fitted from the factory. The strips sit in the bar's profile and break up the airflow that causes the whistle, cutting wind noise before it reaches the cabin. Nothing to buy, nothing to add on later.

The difference shows up on the long haul. Conversation at highway speed, music you can actually hear, and a car that sounds close to how it did before you put a rack on it.

The Sportz system is rated from 75kg up to 100kg dynamic, depending on the leg matched to your vehicle. That is the loaded, moving figure — what you can carry down the highway, not just what it holds parked in the driveway.

It is enough for a pair of bikes, a loaded roof box, a kayak or a full camp setup. Fit My Vehicle tells you the exact rating for your car, so you are working from your number rather than a best case.

The patented Zwifloc™ fastening system lets you mount, move and swap accessories anywhere along your bars, platform or deck, without disturbing anything else already up there. One clever channel nut, endless setups.

Drop in, not thread in

Traditional channel nuts have to be fed in from the end of the bar and slid into place. The patented Zwifloc™ nut drops straight into the channel wherever you need it and sits flush under the lip, no end-loading, no aperture to line up.

Place it anywhere

Add a bike carrier between two roof boxes, or slot a light bracket into the last free gap, without loosening and shuffling everything else along. Every accessory goes exactly where you want it, and the rest of your setup stays put.

Twist in, twist out

A turn of the bolt rotates a high-tensile nut to lock beneath the channel edge; back it off and it lifts straight out. Add, remove or reposition your gear in seconds, and change your layout as the trip demands.
